About
The Morinière municipal campsite is in Port-Saint-Père, in Loire-Atlantique, south of Nantes. It is 10 minutes on foot from the village shops: bakery, grocery and newsagent. Renovated in 2012, it has about forty unserviced pitches of more than 70 m², 24 of them with electricity. It was designed to blend into the landscape of marshes and river, with no fences or artificial borders. The reception building houses an office, showers, toilets and a washing room for dishes and laundry. In June and September, bookings and reception are handled by the town hall, on 02 40 31 50 13. From 1 July to 31 August, seasonal staff welcome holidaymakers on site. Nearby, you can visit Trentemoult in Rezé, about 18 minutes by car (19 km), and the Château des ducs de Bretagne in Nantes, about 25 minutes by car (23 km).
