About

The Domaine des 3 Versants is first of all a three hectare family wine estate in Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, in the heart of the Nantes vineyards. Patricia and Yves offer several kinds of accommodation. The guest house has two independent rooms reached by a panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards and hillsides. Each room has its own shower room and private toilet. The Chambre côté Vignes sleeps two in 13 m², with a 160 x 200 cm bed that can be split into two singles. A child’s bed can be added. It also has a small snack table with a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a hotplate, as well as Wi-Fi. Breakfast, a made bed and towels are included. In 2026, the Chambre côté Vignes was priced at 70 € a night for two, 67 € a night for two nights and 62 € for each extra night. The whole house can also be rented as a gîte, and an accessible area is set up on the ground floor of the Chai 3 Versants. The great appeal of the place is the real link with the vineyard: a visitor cellar, tastings, discovering Muscadet and the landscapes of the Sèvre Nantaise.
