About

The Océarium du Croisic introduces some 200 marine species, from fish to penguins, as well as the sand tiger shark in the shark tank. The spaces are organised by theme, such as the Vancouver area. The visit takes about an hour and a half. Events take place through the year, such as World Oceans Day, with feeding sessions, talks and workshops, and an explorers’ game is offered to children. An annual pass lets you come back as often as you like; young pass holders even take part in releasing lobsters with the keepers. For a more comfortable visit, it is best to arrive at opening time.
