About
Le Cabellou Plage is on Avenue du Cabellou, on the peninsula of the same name, in Concarneau. The Belle Étoile beach is right opposite: you reach it through a small gate and across a minor road, on a pedestrian crossing. The Blue Caraïbes water park covers more than 2,000 m²: a heated outdoor pool, slides and children’s pools, open from 1 May. The heated indoor pool, open all season, adds balneotherapy, massage jets and a counter-current swim. Clubs for ages 3 to 17, tournaments and evening events liven up the summer. There is a restaurant, bar, snack bar and grocery on site, with bread and breakfast to order. Mobile homes have 160 cm beds and a dishwasher, some with two shower rooms. Bike, kayak and paddleboard hire let you explore the coast as far as the Ville Close. New for 2027: reversible air conditioning in Premium, Prestige and accessible mobile homes. The snack bar lets you take a bite to the beach, facing the Ville Close. Nearby: the Château de Kériolet in Concarneau, about 8 minutes by car (4.9 km), and the Fishing Museum in Concarneau, about 10 minutes by car (5.3 km).
