About
La Chênaie stands on Rue du Patisseau in Pornic, about 2.5 km from the beaches. The campsite, run by Capfun, is split into two areas. On the Chênaie side, a fully heated water park lines up several pools, many slides and a Spacebowl. The quieter Patisseau side has a heated outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool and a fun paddling pool. The campsite has 305 pitches, including 117 rentals, mobile homes and chalets. The restaurant and snack bar open from April to September, and the grocery all summer. In July and August, the Capou club welcomes 4 to 6 year olds, and four entertainers run water wake-ups and tournaments. By the sea, La Fontaine aux Bretons beach in Pornic is about 8 minutes by car (3.7 km), and La Noëveillard beach about 15 minutes by car (5.5 km). Nearby, you can visit Pornic castle, about 12 minutes by car (4.5 km), and the Noëveillard lighthouse in Pornic, about 12 minutes by car (4.9 km).
