About
Le Haut Village is on route de l’Étang, in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, on the Côte de Jade. It has 161 pitches over 3.3 hectares. What makes it special is its unusual accommodation: you can sleep in a UFO, a plane, a tram, a metro car, a railway carriage or a helicopter. Three heated pools and two water slides keep children busy, and there is a fishing pond on site. The list of unusual stays keeps growing: an old disco bus, a fisherman’s house and gypsy caravans join the planes, carriages and tram. The classics, mobile homes and unserviced pitches, are still available. The water area has a heated pool, a water play area for toddlers and a splash pool for the two slides, the yellow one and the blue one. A bar and snack bar, a bread service, a football pitch, table tennis and a boules area complete the facilities. Nantes is 60 km away. By the sea, the Grande Plage in Tharon, in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, is about 7 minutes by car (3.7 km), and Rochelets beach about 9 minutes by car (7 km). Nearby, you can visit the Château de Pornic, about 13 minutes by car (9.7 km), and the Roche Percée in Préfailles, about 15 minutes by car (11 km).
