About
L’Hermitage des Dunes stands on Rue du Bois-Millet in Les Moutiers-en-Retz, in a renovated former farm. The campsite has direct access to the sea, and the foreshore opposite is ideal for shore fishing. It has 88 pitches, including 44 bare pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, and mobile homes for up to eight people. The pool is indoor and heated, with a paddling pool and water games. A heated outdoor pool, 0.80 to 1.50 m deep, complements the indoor pool; in July and August, it opens in the evening from 9 pm to 11 pm. A club welcomes 5 to 10 year olds from Monday to Friday. Catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding are available nearby. The bar Le Cyprès de la Mer is on site. Nearby, you can visit Pornic, about 19 minutes by car (13 km), and the Noëveillard lighthouse in Pornic, about 20 minutes by car (13 km).
