About
Le Fief is a holiday village campsite, and water comes first. Five hundred square metres of outdoor pools with slides and racing slides, and above all a thousand square metres under cover: a heated pool, a paddling pool and water games. On the Atlantic coast, where the sky changes fast, this indoor part is worth as much as a fine June. Seven hectares, two hundred and eighty-nine rentals and thirty-five pitches: this is far from a small family campsite. Choosing the area matters as much as choosing the cottage, between the sections close to the pools and entertainment and those you pick for peace and quiet. The large accommodation makes the difference here: Friends cottages with up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms, some with a private pool, and a 214 square metre villa for ten people. Worth knowing before you read the reviews: the campsite has changed brand. It belonged to the Sunêlia network until the end of 2025 and joined Sandaya for the 2026 season, which announces several million euros of work and around a hundred new rentals. Photos and comments found online therefore often describe the campsite as it was before. The beach takes a walk: eight hundred metres to the Saint-Brevin-l’Océan seafront. It is not a campsite right on the water, but the Brévibus shuttle stops fifty metres away and the campsite rents bikes, which is plenty on such a flat coast.
Highlights
- Fifteen hundred square metres of pools, a thousand of them covered and heated: a pool, paddling pool and water games that work whatever the weather, which changes everything in April or September.
- Five hundred square metres outdoors with slides, racing slides, a lagoon and a sun deck, in a planted setting.
- Friends cottages with up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms for ten people, some with a private pool: rare for large groups and families travelling together.
- A 214 square metre villa with five bedrooms and its own pool, closer to a holiday home than a mobile home.
- A spa with sauna, hammam, hot tub, balneotherapy and treatments, including an adults-only relaxation pool area.
- Free clubs for ages 0 to 17, including teenagers, which few campsites offer.

Tips on the spot
- The beach is eight hundred metres away: a nice walk, but not a campsite right on the water. The Brévibus shuttle stops fifty metres away and the campsite rents bikes.
- Over seven hectares and nearly three hundred rentals, the area sets the mood. Ask exactly where the cottage is before booking: near the pools and entertainment, or on the quiet side.
- The spa and padel are paid, and Wi-Fi is not always included: check the conditions when booking rather than counting on it.
- The 0 to 4 area is an indoor playroom supervised by parents, not a crèche. Supervised clubs start at age five, and the teen club runs mainly in high season.
- Swim shorts are not allowed in the pools: briefs, trunks or a one or two-piece swimsuit. Good to know before packing.

- Several rentals are simply called cottages without being identical: size, bathrooms, terrace and area vary.
- The campsite changed brand in 2026: earlier reviews and photos describe the Sunêlia period. Work has been announced, and differences between rentals come up in recent comments.
