About
BOEM is more than just accommodation: it is a small artistic and farming eco site built around reconnecting with nature. The cabins on stilts are built with eco-friendly materials, and the site uses reed bed treatment for grey water, dry toilets, solar panels for hot water and composting. There is deliberately no internet box or Wi-Fi. Some cabins sleep several people, and a lower cabin has a ramp for people with reduced mobility. The shared toilet block is close by. The site is in Pleurtuit, with the shops within walking distance and the Dinan to Dinard greenway about 300 metres away. The beaches of the Côte d’Émeraude are a few kilometres away. In 2026, BOEM opened from April to the end of October and also offered bike hire, a garden, simple organic and local food in season and various wellbeing activities.
