The Camping de l’Étang du Pays Blanc is one of the most complete offers in the area for anyone wanting to try an unusual stay without giving up the services of a family campsite. Set on a five-hectare wooded estate in Guérande, it has 119 pitches and a very wide range of unusual accommodation: gypsy caravans, a tipi, a barrel, a pod, a Finnish kota, cabins, a tiny house and other options depending on the season. The beauty of the place is that you can match the experience to your stay. Some units are designed for two, others for four or six. The campsite has a heated indoor pool, slides, a paddling pool, a fishing pond, a kids’ club, a playground and a mini-farm with goats, ponies, guinea pigs and llamas. In 2026, it was open from 11 April to 27 September. Several new features were announced for summer 2026, including a giant spider’s web, a double zip line, a super outdoor slide and a triple water slide. The wellness offer also lets you add a sauna, a hot tub, dinner at the Kota Grill, breakfast and a punt trip in the Grande Brière in some packages, from €80 per person. Animals are only accepted in some units, including the tipi, Coco Sweet, the gypsy caravans and the tiny house, but are not allowed in the kota, barrel, pod and cabins.
