About
La Villa Rose-Marie stands at 1 allée des Embruns, in the Océan district of Saint-Brevin-les-Pins. The sea and the centre of the district are about 50 metres away. The house keeps the spirit of a family seaside villa rather than a classic hotel. Its history is central to its identity. In 1932, Marie-Rose Robin bought the villa to set up a guesthouse, notably for the children of diplomats. The house stayed open during the war and later became the Hôtel Rose-Marie. In 2019, new owners revived the project to recapture the spirit of the original seaside villa. It is now rated 2 stars and has just 6 rooms, which gives it a very personal atmosphere. Categories include a Double room, a Triple room with a balcony, a Triple room and a Family room. Direct prices start at around €70 depending on the dates; in 2026, a double room cost €70 to €115.
