About
Saint-Énogat beach is closely tied to Dinard’s seaside history. Set below the historic quarter of the same name, it is lined with villas and promenades that give it a more residential, heritage feel than L’Écluse. The beach is a large stretch of fine sand facing north. In 2026, it was lifeguarded from 1 July to 31 August, every day from 11 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm. Water quality was rated good in 2025. Swimming is possible at both high and low tide. The Windschool runs water sports on the beach. The facilities are very complete: a bar, a restaurant, a kids’ club, a shower, drinking water, toilets, a first-aid post, an adult Hippocampe beach wheelchair and a Tiralo. Wheelchair access is recognised. Pets are allowed from 16 September to 14 June and banned in summer.
