About
The Pointe du Décollé juts out into the sea in the centre of Saint-Lunaire. From the granite cross inaugurated in 1880, the panorama stretches from Saint-Malo on the right to Cap Fréhel on the left, with the Grande Plage behind you. The tourist office mentions a walk of about 300 m from the free car park on the boulevard de la Mer. The final path is not wheelchair accessible. At high tide, the tip almost seems to break away from the mainland.

Tips on the spot
- Check the local weather on the day; in fog or very poor visibility, postpone if the view is your main aim.
- Come in the morning or late in the day for softer light and fewer people.
- Bring a windproof and waterproof layer: the wind makes it feel much colder.
- Wear shoes with good grip; after heavy rain, paths can be muddy or slippery.
- Never cross a fence or safety marking for a better photo, and stay back from the cliff edge in strong wind.
