About
Cap Coz stretches out as a long beach and a spit of land facing the Anse de Penfoulic. At the very end, the restaurant’s white house enjoys a unique viewpoint. The dining room, with its large windows, brings you close to the water and the changing light. Ludovic Le Torc’h grew up in the restaurant world before taking over the family hotel restaurant with Valérie. A Maître Cuisinier de France since 2005, according to the house, he does not hide familiar flavours under showy technique: precise cooking, worked sauces and careful presentation give a modern expression to local produce. In Fouesnant, seafood is a natural language: fish, shellfish and crustaceans meet vegetables and seasonal dishes. Ask for the catch of the day rather than counting on a particular fish. The house also showcases meat, vegetables, cider and Finistère produce, such as confit pork cheek with cabbage and apple in salted butter.
