About
Lamaccotte occupies the ground floor of a stone building a few steps from the cathedral. It suits anyone who wants a real gastronomic stop in the historic centre without straying from the main sights, and stands out for its calm and an elegant dining room that does not intimidate. Guillaume Maccotta built the house’s personality around a demand for sincerity. Since March 2026, Zoé Wastiaux has been head chef: she designs the menu with him and leads a young team. A vegetable at its best ripeness, a seasonal catch or a carefully chosen meat is the starting point; technique then builds the sauces, condiments and textures. The Les Rapporteuses studio combined curves, terrazzo and pastel shades in a bright setting, playing on the contrast between old stone and contemporary lines.
