About
The Camping municipal du Lac is in Quintin, on the edge of the lake, with a fine view of the castle. It lies in the heart of this Petite Cité de Caractère, in a shady setting. Its 25 numbered pitches, in three rows along the lake, take caravans, tents and motorhomes, with 6 amp electricity and a waste disposal platform. The toilet blocks are accessible to people with reduced mobility, and the campsite has direct access to the Ophéa swimming pool, open all summer. There is no Wi-Fi here: the choice is to disconnect. A play area, pétanque and boule bretonne are free to use, watched over by the Roche Longue menhir, one of the tallest in Brittany (7.50 m). You can walk to the Fabrique-atelier du lin, the castle, the Le Rochonen cinema and the shops, with a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The Rosaires beach is twenty minutes away. Nearby, you can visit Châtelaudren in Châtelaudren-Plouagat, about 19 minutes by car (19 km), and the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire de Saint-Brieuc, about 20 minutes by car (19 km).
