What to do in Côtes-d’Armor at All Saints’
Pink granite, Cap Fréhel, Bréhat, the scallop season and castles: our ideas for the 2026 All Saints’ holidays in Côtes-d’Armor.
8 min read
The 2026 All Saints’ holidays run from Saturday 17 October to Monday 2 November, for all three zones at once. In Côtes-d’Armor, it is scallop season: fishing reopens every year in early October in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, and you find them on the stalls and on the plates of the harbours, from Erquy to Saint-Quay-Portrieux.

The Pink Granite Coast
The customs officers’ path at Ploumanac’h, between Saint-Guirec beach and the Mean Ruz lighthouse, is an easy hour’s walk. In autumn, the pink of the granite stands out better in the low sun at the end of the day, and the car park that fills up in summer stays half empty.

Bréhat out of season
Ten minutes by boat from the Pointe de l’Arcouest, and the car free island can be explored on foot in a day. In October, the boats run less often but the island is yours: note the return times before you set off.
With children, when it rains
The planetarium and the Cité des Télécoms in Pleumeur-Bodou, the Zooparc de Trégomeur and the Trégastel aquarium fill a rainy day. In Dinan, the old town and the Rue du Jerzual can be visited in any weather.
