About
The Camping des Abers is on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula in Landéda, between the Aber-Wrac’h and the Aber-Benoît, 2.5 km from the village and the port of L’Aber-Wrac’h. It has direct access to a fine sandy beach, equipped with a mat for people with reduced mobility. Hubert and Edith have made a deliberate choice: no pool and no water park, for peace and to save water. Nearly a third of the 180 pitches have a sea view, the others look over the countryside. A night watchman ensures silence from 10.30 pm to 7.30 am. A few mobile homes, Coco-Sweet tents and five sea-view cottages are available to rent. Guided walks, cooking classes, the campsite choir, an open stage on Sunday evenings and fest-noz dance lessons create the feel of a big family. An orientation table offers ideas for outings. The campsite takes its eco choices seriously: showers are limited to 6 minutes. Bikes and cars can also be hired. Nearby, the Musée du Léon in Lesneven is about 29 minutes by car (23 km).
