About
Camping Kerabus stands on Allée des Alouettes, at Le Runel in Carnac. The Le Ménec alignments are two minutes’ walk away, and the Carnac beaches a few kilometres. Open since 1970, it covers 2 hectares and has 93 pitches, including 25 mobile homes. The atmosphere remains that of a human-sized family campsite. The pool is heated from April, and a kids’ club welcomes children in season. The French-made mobile homes all have a terrace and free television; one is adapted for people with reduced mobility. The campsite also rents lodges and hikers’ cabins. Bread and pastries are delivered every morning, a small grocery covers the basics, and a library corner and board games wait for grey days. Children have a bouncy castle, a trampoline and a playground. The Carnac megaliths have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since July 2025. By the sea, Carnac’s Grande Plage is about 5 minutes by car (3.1 km), and Légenèse beach about 6 minutes by car (4.2 km). Nearby, you can visit the Museum of Prehistory in Carnac, about 3 minutes by car (1.5 km), and the Pointe de Kerpenhir in Locmariaquer, about 18 minutes by car (15 km).
