About

The Hôtel de France stands at 4 rue Pasteur in the heart of Pléneuf-Val-André, right opposite the church. It is not on the Val-André seafront, but offers a good balance between village life, peace and quiet and access to the sea: the beaches of Val-André and Les Vallées are about fifteen minutes’ walk away. The main building dates from around 1880, before the neighbouring church built from 1889. Its life as a hotel began in 1906 with Napoléon Crouzet. Four generations followed before Laurent and Céline took over in 2021. Both trained in hospitality, they have kept the spirit of the house while renovating and modernising it. This 2-star hotel has 14 rooms in two buildings. The rooms are split between the main building, with more period charm, and a courtyard building with a more seaside feel. Some overlook the square, others the courtyard. The nights are quiet whichever way the room faces.
