About

The Hôtel Restaurant de la Pointe du Grouin stands right at the tip of the Cancale headland, where the landscape is an essential part of the stay. From the house, the views stretch over the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Île des Landes, the Normandy coast and, from some rooms, Saint-Malo. The GR34 runs through the area, and the headland is one of the finest natural sites in Ille-et-Vilaine. The Simon family has welcomed guests here since 1937. This 3-star hotel has 15 rooms for up to 32 guests. There are eight categories of rooms and suites: the double room measures around 14 m², the comfort double 15 m², the superior double 13 m², the room with a terrace 12 m², the twin 18 m², the triple 18 m², the deluxe 18 m² and the suite 24 m². This variety lets you choose between a couple’s stay, twin beds, a small terrace or a room for three. The rooms are designed above all around the views, with different outlooks over the sea, the Pointe du Grouin, Saint-Malo or the Île des Landes. Free Wi‑Fi and TV are standard, while the bathroom has a shower or bath depending on the category.
