About
The Bas-Sablons beach is in Saint-Servan, facing the marina of the same name. It is more sheltered than the big exposed beaches of the Sillon and keeps a strong urban and maritime character. In 2026, it was one of Saint-Malo’s ten lifeguard posts, staffed from 4 July to 30 August, from 12.30 pm to 7 pm. Swimming depends a lot on the tide and the harbour buoys. In 2026, dogs were banned from all Saint-Malo beaches until 30 September inclusive.
