About
For an almost mountain-like experience in the heart of Brittany, this trail is just the thing. Trébry, from the Breton “treb”, the village, is home to Mont Bel-Air, the highest point in the Côtes-d’Armor. The hilly route crosses landscapes typical of the Mené uplands. Where the land dips, small streams rise, including the Gouëssant, still a mere trickle here. The path passes the Bélizal cross. The loop is 14.5 km long, with 329 m of ascent; allow about 4 hours of walking. The stated level is medium. Start: the town hall in Trébry. The official route, published by the Côtes-d’Armor département and updated on 11 September 2026, is shown on the map and can be downloaded as a GPX file to follow on your phone.
