About
A fine day of walking between land and sea, from the steep cliffs of Plogoff to the pleasant valley that separates the Pointe du Van from the Pointe du Raz. The trail passes the Feunteun Aod point, the sheltered harbour of Pors Loubous and the Pointe de Plogoff, then the seaweed kilns and the house at the Pointe du Mouton. It reaches the Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Voyage chapel and the Anse du Loc’h, close to the Baie des Trépassés, before returning through the villages of Toramur, Landrer with its Saint-André chapel, and Trogor. The loop is 15.4 km long; allow about 3 h 50 of walking. Start: the church car park, in the centre of Plogoff. The trail is waymarked as PR no. 15. The official route, published by the Cap Sizun, Pointe du Raz community of communes, is shown on the map and can be downloaded as a GPX file to follow on your phone.
