About
In a granite house in the heart of Saint-Brieuc, L’Air du Temps revisits the spirit of the Breton bistro with real ambition in the kitchen. Stéphanie and Cédric Gaudin developed the restaurant over the years before moving to Rue Sainte-Barbe in 2021, looking for a space better suited to their love of hosting. The cooking relies on fresh produce, nearby producers and the pleasure of clear recipes. One of its signatures is serving in cast-iron Staub cocottes, which keep the heat and present the dish without artifice. Fish, scallops from the bay in season, slow-cooked meat and vegetables give the menu a real closeness to the land. The cellar holds a remarkable place, with wines that are sometimes natural or biodynamic, also sold to take away. L’Air du Temps suits a business lunch, a dinner with friends or a gourmet moment before exploring Saint-Brieuc and its bay.
