About

A short walk from Roza, Thelma brings Jean-François Pantaleon’s bistro spirit to life, with honest recipes, specials on the mirror and a relaxed atmosphere. Thelma opened in the Graslin district, a few metres from Roza, Jean-François Pantaleon’s other restaurant. Its vintage décor and friendliness give it a more accessible personality than its sister restaurant. Eggs mayonnaise, terrine, calf’s head or veal chop with mash illustrate the spirit of the menu. Specials written on mirrors complement the bistro classics from day to day. There is a bistro lunch set menu, and classics and sharing plates in the evening.
