About
In Portivy, Rivage brings Thomas and Pauline Le Morlec’s seafood cooking to a small house open to the harbour and the seasons. The house stands on Quai Saint-Ivy, in the heart of the small harbour of Portivy, not in the centre of Quiberon. Pauline and Thomas Le Morlec took over the house previously run by Catherine and Hervé Bourdon. The short menu favours local fishing and direct links with producers and fishermen. An ikejime grey sea bream with spider crab emulsion and grilled courgette has illustrated the house’s seafood finesse. The house also has rooms with a sea view.
