About
Le Varlen is on Hent Pors-Hir in Plougrescant, on the Côte des Ajoncs, about 300 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. The GR34 passes nearby, and the famous Gouffre and the house between the rocks are close by. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly. You can rent mobile homes and studios, and cabins welcome hikers; the pitches take tents, caravans and motorhomes. A bar-snack, bread to order the day before, a small grocery shop and a laundry are on site, with a playground, pétanque and an activity room with pool and table tennis. Delphine and Ludovic have taken over the campsite. In the evening, Ludovic makes pizzas, and bread and pastries can be ordered the day before, to collect from 8 am at the bar. Nearby, you can visit Tréguier, about 16 minutes by car (9.7 km), and La Roche-Derrien, in La Roche-Jaudy, about 22 minutes by car (17 km).
