About
The Stereden holiday village is on route du Radôme, in Pleumeur-Bodou, on the Côte de Granit Rose. The sea is about 2 km away, and Trégastel and Ploumanac’h are very close. About twenty chalets and gîtes can be rented, including a chalet adapted for people with reduced mobility, a gypsy caravan and a Taos Prestige mobile home. The heated indoor pool is open from April to September, so you can swim even when the Breton weather plays up. There is no restaurant on site: the chalets have a fitted kitchen, and bread and pastries can be ordered the day before. In July and August, Saturday evenings are given over to galettes and crêpes, served in the yurt. At the pool, swimming lessons from age two and a half and aqua aerobics sessions are offered in season; on some days, aqua bikes are set up in the water. A bar, outdoor games and free Wi-Fi complete the facilities. By the sea, La Grève Blanche beach, in Trégastel, is about 9 minutes by car (6 km), and Coz-Pors beach about 10 minutes by car (6.1 km). Nearby, you can visit the Renote peninsula in Trégastel, about 11 minutes by car (6.7 km), and the Mean Ruz lighthouse in Ploumanac’h, about 17 minutes by car (9.5 km).
