About
Le Kergariou is at Kervec, in Clohars-Carnoët, about ten kilometres south of Quimperlé. The beaches of Le Pouldu are a few minutes away. It is a small family campsite, decorated in the spirit of Breton legends. It has only 47 bare pitches and 42 rentals, mobile homes and unusual accommodation. The pool is covered and heated. Children’s games, theme evenings and family entertainment set the pace of the season, with no late or noisy activities: peace and quiet are part of the idea. The campsite cultivates the world of legends: under its big oaks, Merlin, fairies and buccaneers give their names to the accommodation, such as the “Logis des fées”. On the sea side, Le Kérou beach in Clohars-Carnoët is about 5 minutes by car (3.4 km), and Bellangenêt beach about 5 minutes by car (3.8 km). Nearby: Pont-Aven, about 23 minutes by car (18 km), and Pont-Scorff, about 26 minutes by car (20 km).
