About
Camping Kerlaz stands on Rue du Bourg in Tréguennec, in the heart of the Pays Bigouden. The sea, in the Bay of Audierne, is about 2 km away. Mobile homes, lodges, cabins and chalets are for rent, and pitches take tents, caravans and motorhomes. The campsite holds the Accueil Vélo and Étape Rando labels and gladly welcomes passing cyclists and hikers. It has a heated indoor pool, 0.80 m to 2 m deep. In July and August, workshops keep children busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and one evening a week brings everyone together: blind test, karaoke, concert. A small grocery covers the basics, bread and pastries are baked on site to order, and the snack bar opens on some evenings. The accommodation includes a cabin on stilts, lodges and a tent with a transparent roof for sleeping under the stars. By the sea, Kermabec beach, in Tréguennec, is about 6 minutes by car (3 km). Nearby, you can visit the Eckmühl lighthouse in Penmarc’h, about 25 minutes by car (18 km), and Quimper and its cathedral, about 27 minutes by car (23 km).
