About

The Pré de la Mer campsite is in Plonévez-Porzay, 600 metres on foot from Kervel beach, a long fine sand beach on the bay of Douarnenez. A small, independent family campsite with 50 pitches, it limits pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes to 41, and rents out mobile homes and a Sibley tent. Since taking over, the owners have been enriching the site’s biodiversity: hens, a pond, a holm oak with a swing. Music nights liven up the summer. Between the Cap de la Chèvre and the Pointe du Raz, the campsite is 7 kilometres from Douarnenez and 4 kilometres from Locronan, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Nearby, you can visit the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Quimper, about 28 minutes by car (24 km), and Quimper and its cathedral, about 29 minutes by car (24 km).
