About
The La Falaise municipal campsite is on Rue Henri Ezan in Locmariaquer, at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan. Its nearly 6 hectares run along the beach, which is supervised in summer, 1.5 kilometres from the village centre. It has nearly 300 marked pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, and rents out bungalows and canvas bungalows. Three toilet blocks heat their water with solar energy. A restaurant with takeaway, a bread counter, a bar, a grocery and an ice supply are on site, along with a laundry and Wi-Fi. Children’s games, pétanque, multi-sports, table tennis, volleyball and activities fill the days. The grounds are closed at night and accessible to wheelchair users. The Locmariaquer megaliths, the Pointe de Kerpenhir and the boats of the gulf are very close. Nearby, you can visit the Museum of Prehistory in Carnac, about 17 minutes by car (14 km), and the Carnac alignments, about 18 minutes by car (15 km).
