About
La Belle Verte is an accomplished eco-accommodation project, taken over in 2026 by Emilie in the footsteps of the founders. The estate is in Saint-M’Hervé, in the hedged farmland at the gateway to Brittany. The two main ecolodges are passive, semi-underground buildings that look like hobbit houses, unique in their design. They are complemented by a tiny house, a large eco gîte for up to seven people and three guest rooms. The ecolodges start at around €137 a night, the tiny house around €120 and the gîte around €140 for six people; 2026 tourist rates give a range of about €120 to €158 for the ecolodges and €112 to €158 for the tiny house. The estate has fibre Wi-Fi, parking, an electric charging point, eco-friendly bedding, bikes, games and a nature spa with a Nordic bath, sauna and hammam. Massages and yoga can also be offered. The site is open all year, with check-in from 4 pm and check-out before 11 am. The GR37 passes about one kilometre away and the Régalante about ten kilometres away. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is explicitly mentioned in the tourist listing.
