The menu is written with nearby producers, letting the ingredients of the moment guide the creations. Three menus suit different paces. Retour du marché, in three courses, is a complete discovery at lunchtime without the length of a long tasting. L’Entre Deux, in five courses, sits between the short menu and the full tasting. Découverte, in eight courses, is designed for the whole table in the evening and gives Romain more freedom to build a progression. Prices may change. Entre Nous is on rue d’en Bas, in the historic heart of the town. The castle, the old squares and the medieval houses invite you to extend the meal with a stroll.
