The Grand Hôtel de Courtoisville is in the seaside Sillon quarter, just a few dozen metres from the beach. The historic house has been deeply transformed into a contemporary 4-star hotel while keeping an Art Deco-inspired identity. It now has 63 rooms and suites, including three adapted for people with reduced mobility: 56 rooms and seven suites, in a particularly wide range of sizes. Superior rooms offer 20 to 26 m²; Deluxe rooms 21 to 30 m², overlooking the garden or the spa patio; Deluxe Terrace rooms add a private outdoor space. Prestige rooms reach 30 to 40 m², and Family rooms about 43 m² for up to four people. The Junior Suite Spa measures 35 m² with a terrace and a private Nordic bath; suites range from 54 to 58 m², the Family Duplex Suite reaches 66 to 74 m² for six, and the Signature Suite about 84 m² with two bedrooms and a glimpse of the sea. The Courtoisville spa works with Sothys Paris. It includes an indoor pool heated to 30°C with a whirlpool, a sauna, a hammam, a herbal tea room, treatment rooms and a garden. The 38 m² private Spa Suite for two has its own Nordic bath, hammam and sauna. The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm, the spa every day from 10 am to 8 pm, and a gym is open 24/7. Le 1906 bistronomic restaurant and Le Baccara bar provide food and drink. Breakfast is a buffet from 7 am to 10 am, or served in the room from 8 am to 11 am. The hotel has a private, secure underground car park of 46 spaces, currently €30 a night with valet service from 8 am to 8 pm, and two electric charging points outside. Pets are accepted for €25 a night, but dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa. Intra-Muros is an easy walk along the Sillon sea wall.
