About
Every Friday, from 3 pm to 7.30 pm, the weekly Baden market sets up in the village centre, on Place du Marhallé, alongside the church. It is a local producers’ market. All year round, there is bread and pastries, cheese and vegetables from Baden, salmon from Arradon, fruit, Italian products, honey and jams, and sushi. In July and August, Baden adds an art and food market on Wednesday afternoons, from 2 pm to 8 pm, at the Port-Blanc landing stage, where the boats leave for Île aux Moines. After the market, you can visit Saint-Goustan (the port of Auray), about 15 minutes by car (8.6 km), and Vannes Intra-Muros, about 17 minutes by car (14 km). By the sea, Locmiquel beach, in Larmor-Baden, is about 6 minutes by car (3.6 km).
