About
Perharidy beach lies on the peninsula of the same name in Roscoff. The tourist office describes it as a sandy beach about 800 metres long, facing north-west. It sits in a much calmer, more natural setting than the town beaches in central Roscoff. The area has several separate beaches: Perharidy, Perharidy-Pouldu and the Pointe de Perharidy beach. No lifeguards are listed here, unlike Roc’h Kroum, Roscoff’s lifeguarded beach. Dogs are banned from the beach from 1 June to 30 September; in Roscoff, only L’Aber beach allows dogs in summer. The beach particularly suits walkers, couples and visitors looking for a peaceful spot.
