About
La Noëveillard is one of Pornic’s best-known beaches. Right next to the marina, it combines fine golden sand, a lively atmosphere, seaside facilities and easy access from the town centre via the coastal path. In July and August, a beach club sets up on the sand, and the bathing huts add to its heritage character. These huts, whose history goes back to the early 20th century, are the subject of a heritage restoration programme launched after summer 2026. The beach is also popular for beach volleyball, the sailing club and restaurants on the sand. Swimming is lifeguarded in season, with an SNSM post. La Noëveillard has the Handiplage label, with a wooden platform, a Tiralo, two disabled parking spaces and adapted toilets. The toilets are open all year, but there is no shower, according to Destination Pornic. Parking is free out of season and paying in July and August. In 2026, the beach kept its Blue Flag. Dogs are allowed from October to March, on a lead.
