About
Bulat-Pestivien lies on the edge of the Quintin granite massif. Local architecture therefore gives a big place to granite work. Granite boulders are everywhere in the landscape. Generations of stone cutters worked them, such as the Morvan family in the 19th and 20th centuries. This heritage interpretation trail tells their story. The loop is 3.5 km long, with 72 m of ascent; allow about 1 hour of walking. The stated level is easy. Start: the centre of Bulat-Pestivien. The trail is waymarked. The official route, published by the Côtes-d’Armor département and updated on 11 September 2026, is shown on the map and can be downloaded as a GPX file to follow on your phone.
