About
Through woodland and farmland, this Erdeven trail follows the old Étel to Vannes route, probably a Roman road: straight, along a ridge, on the watershed. You pass under the monumental gateway of the Keravéon estate, founded around 1330 to 1350, with its moats and its public park with more than 50 tree species. The Coët er Lann wood, a protected natural area of the département, leads to the early 16th century Saint-Laurent chapel, open every day. After the old road and the Kercadio manor (private), the trail reaches the Kerzerho stone rows: 195 stones over 200 m in 5 rows, listed as a historic monument since 1862 and among the largest, alongside those of Carnac. The loop is 11.7 km long; allow about 2 h 45 of walking. The stated level is easy. Start: the sports complex, rue du Stade, in Erdeven. The waymarking is yellow.
