About
In the village of Ploubezre, on the edge of Lannion, Inseme has turned a former crêperie into a place where the cooking takes time to tell the story of encounters. Its name means “together” in Corsican: Laure-Marie Darteyron in the kitchen and François Spenlehauer, pastry chef also present in the dining room, have created a restaurant where welcome and produce go hand in hand. Brittany provides the raw material, with raw, seasonal produce and nearby partners. The recipes welcome Mediterranean and Corsican inspirations, such as homemade pasta, fregola sarda or citrus pairings, giving a special personality to seafood from the Trégor. The dining room, with its warm materials, favours closeness, and the wine list gives a place to Corsican wines. Inseme suits a discovery lunch as well as a more relaxed dinner, before or after a walk in the old streets of Lannion or the Léguer valley.
