About
In the heart of old Quimper, Marion Pelletan and Thibault Le Goff run an inventive, generous bistronomic restaurant that follows every change of season. The founders’ story includes time spent in Oceania, where their joint project began. It shows in their relaxed way of hosting and their curious cooking. The menu changes every month, following the vegetables, the catch and the kitchen’s ideas. Thibault likes to pair a main ingredient with different cooking methods and well-chosen condiments: a vegetable may go from raw to roasted, a fruit may bring acidity to a savoury dish. Vegetables often take centre stage, and desserts get the same care as starters and mains. Lunch is served in two or three courses, a good fit for a day of sightseeing, while dinner in three or four courses leaves more room for creativity. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, according to its website. On rue Laennec, the restaurant is close to the cathedral of Saint-Corentin, the old houses and the quays of the Odet.
