About
The 3 Étangs municipal campsite is in Rosporden, in southern Finistère, near the third pond and greenway no. 7, which links Roscoff to Concarneau. Concarneau is 12 kilometres away. Rated 2 stars, it has 48 pitches separated by hedges and shrubs, and three stopover cabins for two, rentable by the night. About a hundred metres away, the sports complex has an indoor pool, tennis courts and sports pitches. The ponds, formed by a dam on the Aven, once protected the town. A path of nearly 4 kilometres goes around them. Roach, carp, tench, pike and perch await anglers: it is one of the few lakes in the département where night carp fishing is allowed. The TGV station is 500 metres away, and Coralie buses run to the beaches of Concarneau. Along the greenway, the 310 hectare Coat Loc’h forest is about ten kilometres away. Nearby, you can visit the Château de Kériolet in Concarneau, about 18 minutes by car (14 km), and Pont-Aven, about 19 minutes by car (17 km).
