About
The Kerpenhir campsite is on Rue Henri Ezan in Locmariaquer, at the tip of the peninsula, between two bays listed among the most beautiful in the world: the Gulf of Morbihan and Quiberon Bay. Annick and Patrick Goven welcome holidaymakers there. It has 73 large comfort pitches and rents out mobile homes; part of the estate is residential. In 2026, the season ran from 1 April to 26 September. The campsite has a pool, a playground, food service and bike hire, and is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Locmariaquer is a town of megaliths, with the Great Broken Menhir and the Table des Marchand. Oyster farming, fishing, a sailing club, walks and golf fill the days. La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Quiberon, Auray and Vannes are within driving distance. From the Pointe de Kerpenhir, you can watch boats pass at the entrance to the gulf. Nearby, you can visit the Museum of Prehistory in Carnac, about 17 minutes by car (14 km), and the Carnac stones, about 17 minutes by car (15 km).
