About
The Kerhillio municipal campsite is on boulevard de l’Atlantique, in Erdeven, in the Morbihan. It opens directly onto Kerhillio beach, the best known in the commune, in the middle of a long strip of fine sand and dunes. This large site has about 330 places. The pitches are not marked out, and tents and caravans have no electricity. A neighbouring area, reserved for motorhomes, has water, electricity and waste disposal. A bar, restaurants, bike hire and shops are about a hundred metres away, with a mini market in season. Night security is provided at weekends in June and September, and every day in July and August. Kerhillio beach is popular for surfing, sand yachting and kitesurfing. The Kerzerho stone rows, about 190 menhirs over nearly 2 kilometres, are in the commune. Nearby, you can visit the Museum of Prehistory in Carnac, about 11 minutes by car (9 km), and the Musée des Thoniers in Étel, about 14 minutes by car (10 km).
