About
Born in Carhaix in the 1990s, the Vieilles Charrues festival has become Brittany’s biggest music event and one of the largest volunteer-run festivals in France. Four days, several stages, a campsite, thousands of volunteers and an international line-up turn Kerampuilh into a temporary town. The 35th edition will take place from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 July 2027. Muse opens the festival on Thursday 15 July, for their fifth visit to Carhaix after 2000, 2004, 2010 and 2015: this evening is already sold out. Angèle follows on Friday 16 July, with a brand new show and her only date in Brittany, after the release of her album INSTINCT. She had already played Kerampuilh on 15 July 2022. The rest of the line-up will be announced in the coming months. The 2026 edition, the 34th, took place from 16 to 19 July 2026, with Katy Perry, Gims, Nick Cave, Aya Nakamura, Mika and Orelsan among others. Dates, prices, line-up, access and rules should be checked again for each edition.
