About
The Petite-Hollande market is one of the biggest markets in Nantes. Every Saturday, from 8 am to 1 pm, about 300 traders, more than 220 of them regulars, set up on the central strip of the Île Gloriette, opposite the Jacques-Demy media library. There is a wide variety of products: enough to do all your weekly shopping in one morning. The square is being redeveloped: since May 2024, the market has moved a few metres, to the south of the car park, for about four years, before returning to the north of the square. After the market, you can visit the Château des ducs de Bretagne in Nantes, about 1 km away, and the Musée Dobrée in Nantes, about 1 km away.
