About
La Mare beach is one of the most peaceful coves in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. Between the Sémaphore and the Isle district, it enjoys a fine view of Fort La Latte and a more discreet setting than the resort’s large beaches. It is easy to reach from the VVF or the La Crique campsite, and by car thanks to a free car park with a space reserved for people with reduced mobility. The GR 34 passes close by, so the beach fits into the Pointe de Saint-Cast walk, about 8.5 km in 2 hours 30.
