About
In the resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, Le Jardin Délice is on Boulevard Duponchel, not far from the coast. Its personality does not rest only on the nearby beaches: the house champions structured cooking, with set menus and real attention to the welcome. The colourful décor brings a contemporary mood to this Emerald Coast stop. Julien Gourmelen draws on his native Brittany, while Adeline sets the pace in the dining room. Their careers in fine houses fed this personal project. The menus bring together fish, vegetables and land produce: asparagus with haddock and citrus, or fish with artichoke, have illustrated the style. The Délice lunch differs from the Éveil, Émotion and Absolu menus in number of courses, price and conditions. Éveil is a three-course meal with a vegetarian version, while the longer menus offer more creations. Choose according to your appetite and the time you have.
